Add some form of Electric Fence
Add some form of Electric Fence, this is something i have always wanted in electrical age to keep animals and mobs and even other players from trying to cross it when it is on...

make a version that shocks players and animals and mobs causing a bit of damage. model this after a regular minecraft wood fence in a model editor and put insulators and straight tight wire on it so it looks like a zaebra electric fence.
make a deadly version for players and mobs that paralyzes (you can't let go of mains voltage if you get shocked) and causes quick damage like lava and kills if they come into contact with it. model this after a iron fence in a model editor and put insulators and lots of barbed wire on it so it looks like a nazi / war type electric fence.
Mr crayfish's furniture mod has electric fences, give them a try
In Ellington Terms > Pointing someone from Ellington to some other mod that has so and so item instead of adding it to the mod requested = DOES NOT COMPUTE!!!!

@ellingtonisland I'm sorry if that is not what you wanted to hear, but Electrical Age has so many projects going, that adding electric fences is of the least priority. It's on a long-term to-do list, as far as I know. So you'll have to be really patient. Who knows, one day maybe. For now, all I can do I request any of the other mods that have electrical fencers already, although it may not be exactly what you wanted.
Industrial Craft also has a metal fence feature that when powered acts like a ladder :)
There are plenty of mods out there. Nothing is moving fast right now, mostly because there's a lack of developers to complete important projects, such as the port to 1.12 and beyond.
