Implement actual Sirens and Replace the Nuclear Alarm sound with THIS

Implement actual sirens. Sirens should be able to be heard loud 100 blocks or more away from where their placed and be able to be heard up to 500 blocks away. If you want to make a siren that wakes the dead... Replace the Nuclear Alarm sound with THIS.

I Give you the loudest & harshest siren I know of!
