Issue description

Breakers do not protect against explosions from short circuits

Steps to reproduce

Create a long wire with a creative high voltage power source breaker at one end and connect a ground rod at the other end, the wire will explode before power cuts off.

Known issue. Use an inductor to reduce the current, and the circuit breaker will work.
