[Bug] Invalid Hub Pathing

As seen by the hub, the valid path is "Top to Bottom" and "Top to Right" however, this configuration allows "Top to Right" since the power flows from Top to Bottom, then Top to Right.

Clearly this is nonsense, the only time it should be allowed to do this is if a valid capacitor is on the top path, for the power to flow into, since that would be a separate path that follows connection rules.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. The power can go from the bottom to the top, and then from the top to the right. It's connecting all those lines internally, makes sense to me.
