Add Electrical Conduit

Something this mod is missing is proper electrical conduit and it should be added in a future version...

you could use it to bind wires together in PVC tubes making wiring cleaner.

SigBus does this to some extent, it combines 16 signal cables into one. A conduit sounds nice but I'm not sure how we would go about implementing one, it's much easier to just make a 2x1 shaft underground and put the cables on the walls. You can color the cables with the cable brushes so that you can run them next to one another.
