[Bug] Capacitors Void Energy

As seen in this set up, appx. 50% of the energy goes into the capacitor, with the other 50% going into making dielectrics. The electric meter has an appropriate reading and everything works as intended.

Here's a similar setup, however, and you can see why this is deeply problematic:

50% of the energy is voided, despite not really going into anything.
