Enhancement - auto-refresh the node table and key metrics

Not sure if the feature is there and there is a bug, or if it is a new request. Please let me know.

It would be nice to refresh the stats of the node table and key metrics (nb of nodes, indexes, documents) on a configurable interval (ex: 10s, 30s, 1m, 5m).

Currently I need to refresh the whole page from the browser reload button but it is very slow 30-45s for us. I think it's because it download stats for all the indexes and we have over 5,000.

I used to have an auto-refresh and manual refresh in the old version of the application.

The reason I removed it, is because the refresh on large clusters can take a long time... > 30s. So the auto-refreshes would back up.

I think if we go with a manually triggered refresh, that could be an option. @pcasa ?
