Missing compatibility notes Beluga/Nav2
Issue description
While Beluga AMCL is 99% compatible with the feature set in Nav2, there are slight differences such as beam skipping.
I thought we had a summary of differences in https://github.com/Ekumen-OS/beluga/tree/687df5e698e16b7a4cdc29e1db18436648b5aee5/beluga_amcl but I don't find it there.
That section should also highlight benchmarking done in https://github.com/Ekumen-OS/beluga/pull/476#issuecomment-2741609219 to compare them with the ensuing discussion of the results.
@glpuga I think you are looking for https://ekumen-os.github.io/beluga/packages/beluga_amcl/docs/ros2-reference.html#compatibility-notes. This now lives in https://github.com/Ekumen-OS/beluga/blob/main/beluga_amcl/docs/ros2-reference.md.
Indeed, that's what I remembered, but I did not find it yesterday.
Maybe compatibility notes deserves it's own high level subheader under beluga_amcl, and direct link from the https://github.com/Ekumen-OS/beluga/tree/main/beluga_amcl landing page.
Addressed on PR#536
