Wasn't able to produce any unexpected behaviour using my testnet node either.

I can't remember the crate name I'll have to look for it again

Noticed this as well, idk where it got introduced but it looks like it's yet another `testing` flag issue.

Fixed this in `testnet_19`, just now. It was a minor change.
