Unit of meters should be configurable

IMHO the unit of the meters should be configurable, so that the end-user can decide which meter they are reading.

In my case I want to put the device in a room where i have one of each:

  • power meter
  • gas meter
  • water meter

I am kind of out for this project. My sensors arrived (mostly damaged). My energy meter ist not being recognized well enough because in front of the meters glass there is another one from a box of my energy provider and my water meter/gas can also not be read. Seems i'd have to use some ocr to read it, but i don't believe that is the right way. Guess i'm waiting until i get smarter meters.

Arghh. Ok. Im out, too. I get smart meters next week. But this project helps others with Ferraries meters.
