100% CPU load on OpenBSD

Finch goes 100% CPU around one minute after I start Skype chat. Debug window shows huge amount of "openssl: send failed: -1" log messages.

OS: OpenBSD 6.8 Finch: 2.13.0 skype4pidgin: current master (manually built using gmake)

Not sure if important, but OpenBSD uses LibreSSL fork of OpenSSL
