SkypeWeb is generating a ton of traffic to a server in Des Moines Iowa. Ever so often, some error occurs that causes Pidgin to send a large amount of encrypted traffic to a server at 13.67.180.128. I don't think this is a security issue. It stops when I terminate Pidgin.

Whenever a File Transfer takes place, t creates a ton of traffic that never stops. I'm not sure why.
