Threaded Messages

With the glorious rebirth of this plugin given the new work from EionRobb and the addition of threaded chats since many of us lost access, it is possible to consider adding that functionality to the plugin? Specifically threaded messages in Spaces/group chats is missing and its a little difficult to discern what messages are connected to which in groups and impossible to reply in a thread.

Whats the possibility of this happening?

Have been wondering how to tackle this. Pidgin and libpurple don't really have the concepts of threads.

I don't use threads within Google Chat so wouldn't know the best UX for handling them. Would it work having each thread being a separate chat window?

I use Bitlbee so my comment may not work there but ... Yes I believe it would. Probably thats the simplest solution Or treat them like they do in the Mastodon plugin. Each threaded message has an indexed number you can interface with

I think it would be helpful to show an example of the implementation (e.g. with a commented picture)
