Save received images to a folder

I can't see how to configure the plugin to automatically save the received images (and other files) to a folder (e.g., autoaccept/[Google Chat ID]). I get the images as links to them in the chat window. Will it be difficult to add the option of automatically downloading them?

Huh... all this time I thought libpurple saved inline images into a folder, but that's just custom emojis and use avatars!

I could add it into just this plugin, but I think it'd be even more useful to make a plugin to save all inline images from any protocol plugin. 🤔
