Blocked contacts should not appear in the buddies list

I blocked someone, and now that person appears in the buddy list.

At the moment do they appear, but with the blocked symbol next to their name?

Yes, it has a block symbol.

I keep getting blocked contacts in the list at every restart of pidgin. It should not list them.
