Upon Deleting and Re-adding someone, the user's name is not enumerated.

When trying to add a new buddy, or delete a buddy and re-add them, the user's real name is not enumerated. Instead they show up as a long string containing the raw Yahoo ID.

Improvements to this have been bundled in as part of https://github.com/EionRobb/funyahoo-plusplus/commit/f60b3e11a38c0bb7275b5ebe259f3cd7a9e54640 but it doesn't instantly refresh the buddy list at the moment with their alias

https://github.com/EionRobb/funyahoo-plusplus/commit/3a524055f7d17c2a367657097b777fb14e006c7f has more fixes for adding a buddy to the buddy list, but if they're not a new buddy they dont get the updated display name until you log out and log back in again. Working on it though....
