HzMod 2017-12-14 support

2017-12-14 is a very unique version of HzMod: it is one of two versions to support dual-screen, and it uses its own packet format for image data which is only supported by the corresponding version of HorizonScreen. It's worth considering whether to put in the effort to reverse-engineer these packets to support this version.
