Crash when opening .NET files

IDA crashes when opening .NET files. Repro: Open any .NET file in IDA and it will show a message box immediately: "IDA has encountered a problem...A mini dump file was created".

Versions: IDA version: 6.4.130111 Hexrays: 1.8.0.130110 HexRays Python: 0.9.0

When renaming the Python Hexrays plugin the issue is not present.
