mqtt-topic.md not up-to-date

Hi,

I looked into some stuff today because I needed the info. I found that inside the [HeishaMon-x.x.zip] file, there is a file "MQTT-Topics.md" which needs a little correction. It is (ofcourse) the same as the MQTT-Topic.md on the main page.

fw3.2, the name changes are not reflected. From the release notes: "Rename 'Energy' to 'Power' for the heat/cool/dhw consumption and production topics.

the file states: | TOP38 | main/Cool_Energy_Production | Thermal cooling power production (Watt) | | TOP39 | main/Cool_Energy_Consumption | Elektrical cooling power consumption (Watt) | | TOP40 | main/DHW_Energy_Production | Thermal DHW power production (Watt) | | TOP41 | main/DHW_Energy_Consumption | Elektrical DHW power consumption (Watt) |

The file states: | TOP111 | main/Z2_Sensor_Settings | Setting of the sensor for zone 2 (water, ext thermostat, int. thermostat or thermistor) | | TOP112 | main/Z1_Sensor_Settings | Setting of the sensor for zone 1 (water, ext thermostat, int. thermostat or thermistor) |

In reality the Z1 and Z2 are flipped. TOP111 = Z1_Sensor_Settings TOP112 = Z2_Sensor_Settings

Not a critical thing ofcourse. But still worth mentioning and loging here. :)
