Improve reporting for not yielding effect-like constructs

What is the problem this feature would solve?

Not yielding Streams reports them as Effects

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

afaik Effects are a subtype of Stream but nonetheless would be useful. Same applies to Sinks and maybe some other constructs too?

What alternatives have you considered?

I'm sorry I did'nt fully understand, the issue you are reporting is because of the naming "Effect" instead of "Stream" for example?
