move flake to subdir

@IMax153 by doing this direnv runs much more smoothly on my machine because nix doesn't end up creating a full copy of the entire repository in the nix store.

Can be confirmed with nix flake metadata (before) vs. nix flake metadata path:./nix (after).

Note how the content of nix/store/{id} is the entire directory before vs. just the flake afterwards.
