Add article/information about remarks, rmc and rmscene

I saw that there's a page on developing software for the reMarkable, but there is also software that is meant for parsing and rendering .rm and .rmdoc files.

• rmc can render a .rm file to SVG, PDF or Markdown
• rmscene is for parsing the .rm file format
• remarks is for rendering an entire rM notebook as PDF or Markdown
