event went missing during delivery!

Describe the bug Sometimes there is a event went missing during delivery! (nested sendEvent() is not allowed) warning from tarnish when resuming xochitl

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Suspend while in xochitl
  2. Resume

Expected behavior This should not happen.

This is likely due to the QCoreApplication::processEvents call on resume. Something will need to be done to rework how this is handled to not process events in the middle of receiving a dbus event.
