Feature request: Second rotary encoder

Hi Ed, by any chance would you be able add secondary encoder for mute and volume change. let say add pin_enc2_clk etc

This is a beauty of the GitHub and open source software, that you can use existing code and add whatever function you want by yourself, if useful, then push it for other people to use ;)
