LCD2004 with backpack does not work

Hi, I hooked my new LCD2004 with backpack, declared it, compiled, but there is nothing on it. Have anyone tried it already?

I have the same problem. Lcd is 100% ok.

Show the debug logging.

When I upload the compiled file to ESP, the display starts. After turning off the power, the website works but there is no content on the display.

Again, show the debug logging. Check the power supply, as you said "after turning off the power"... Maybe the programmer cable supply enough power, but there is a power shartage when the cable is disconnected.
