add solar generators

https://osm.wikidata.link/criteria includes Wind farms (6km) area defined as follows:

  • enwiki categories: Wind farms
  • OSM tags: generator:source=wind (347,098)

Could you also add solar generators?

  • I guess the tolerance could be say 5km
    • I have no clue what's area?
