Upgrading and fixing issue in E-Learning Page

Hello @SahityaRoy , @AshAman999 , I have seen few issue in the E-Learning page including Navbar, and the website page is in dark mode by default even if we refresh that.

Issue 1. Navbar is not aligned proeprly

Issue 2. Text not visible in dark mode

Issue 3. Button is not aligned it's overlapped

Issue 4. Footer text is fade

Describe the solution you'd like

I will make JS optimize and will going to write optimize code for darkmode and also will going to change CSS for the alignment.

Please assign me this issue.
