add XQSuite unit tests

a showcase is already provided at testing/xqsuite. This needs to be fleshed out:

• [ ] integrate into ant build process
• [ ] provide dedicated test data (currently, the test data is taken from the live data)
• [ ] add unit tests to test suite and to GitHub actions
