highlighting of xml:ids

this is a follow up ticket on #282 to support highlighting of xml:ids. This involves

  • [ ] schema changes to allow for fragment identifiers
  • [ ] support in the XSLTs for those fragment identifiers
  • [ ] (some frontend option to toggle the highlighting)?
