USB-C to USB-C connection seems to be an issue with quite a few radio/handset models... do you have a USB-C to USB-A adapter/hub you can use with the stock. USB-A to USB-C cable?

I've tried multiple usb-a to usb-c adapters, still no luck.

The transmitter will connect to a PC, with a usb-c to usb-a cable.

It does work fine on both my Mac mini (m4 pro) or my MacBook Pro (m2 max), both Apple silicon and Sequoia (now Tahoe). I does require using a usb-c to usb-a adapter, then usb-a to usb-c cable. At least 2 other devs are also Mac users and don't have a similar issue.

But mainly, TX15 Max doesn't run on 2.11.x, only 3.0

I couldn't find anything across the internet and Radiomaster didn't have a fix other than to wait for 3.0.

Just wanted to make sure it was on the radar and not assume it would be fixed in 3.0.

Thank you all!

This isn't a programming issue (in my opinion) but rather a hardware issue. Many C-C cables do not have the USB A pins connected, worse many PC C ports do not have these pins connected. These are D+ and D- which are A6 and A7 on the C connector. If the cable doesn't have these pins or if the PC doesn't have these pins on its C connector it will never work (an adapter wont work if the C port on the PC doesn't have D+ and D- input). All USB A ports have D+ and D- data pins. This is why the best bet is always an A port with an A to C cable. You can still have problems with this if you use a charge only A-C but that's pretty rare these days.
