SDcard doesn't get remounted after unplug

Current Behavior
Remove SD card: you get No SD card message Plug card back: nothing happens
Expected Behavior
SD is remounted and radio operation resumes

Is it safe to remount the SD card? There could be open file handles that would no longer be valid.
Fair comment, the whole handling needs to be reviewed. In 2.10, user would regain UI when card was replugged, not anymore.
Currently, the fatFS layer keeps volume mounted even when card is not detected any longer, which is not ideal either
