Colour radios/Mixers menu: Edit/Move/Copy popup is too sensitive to rapid swiping

In the Mixers menu on colour radios, the edit/move/insert popup menu appears unexpectedly during rapid swiping. A further swipe can lead to an unwanted operation, such as a mixer insertion or copy. This is especially an issue with setups with many (50+) mixers spanning multiple swipes. Undoing the error in such cases can be confusing and error prone. ATM the only solution is to disable touch, but that's not desirable for obvious reasons.

Requiring a longer dwell time for the tap would hopefully solve the issue.

I'm looking at it; but most of this is handled by Lvgl and it does not seem to happen in a debug build so difficult to trace.
As a workaround use the left or right side of the screen to scroll so if the popup does appear your finger is not over it.
