Change confusing UI group/folder status marker

Is your feature request related to a problem?

On current B&W targets group/folder marker is displayed:

• group/folder closed - ARROW_DOWN

• group/folder open - ARROW_UP

This is confusing. This UI element is the same grup as checkbox that means it should show current state and not state after click.

Describe the solution you'd like

To follow UI standard use

• group/folder closed - ARROW_RIGHT

• group/folder open - ARROW_DOWN
