EdgeTX Companion changes SD card data

Companion
Current Behavior
I updated to Companion 2.1 today. I then uploaded my models settings from my TX16S to back them up. I then downloaded my model settings to my TX16S running EdgeTX 2.1. I then went to my radio and found many of my input, mix and logical switch settings had changed on one model only. When I went back to my SD backup had just saved the settings were gone there also. I am having to manually redo a very long logical switch list and other settings. Companion needs a way to print hard copy of radio settings as a last resort.
Expected Behavior
I expect a read and save of model settings to be accurate.
Steps To Reproduce
- Open Companion and connect the USB cable to your TX16S in USB mode.
- In Companion read the model settings from your transmitter.
- Create a duplicate model in Companion (you now will have the same model id twice in Companion).
- Save the model settings to an *.etx backup file.
- From companion write the model settings back to the transmitter and confirm it is okay to overwrite the existing settings.

Anything else?
This may be related to an issue where earlier I had duplicated a model and had two models with the same radio ID. Perhaps there may be an issue related to duplicate radio IDs.
The *.etx file is the model data from the SD card. There is no special data stored anywhere else. If you have a backup of the etx file then you have all your models.
If you select "Save as" or "Save" that creates the etx file. With that file you can always restore your models. You have to be sure you keep a copy of that file safe. The *.etx file is a zip archive and the models are in the MODELS directory just like on the SD card.
If you really want a pdf printout of the model settings you can open the "Compare Models" window and drag the model into that window. That really doesn't help because you can't import anything, it is just a reference to look at.
You need to be running the same version of Companion that the radio is running for any of it to work reliably.
