Adjusting GVAR popup time

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The GV popup time seems to be fixed at 5 seconds, but it is too long and is very inconvenient.

Describe the solution you'd like

It seems that GV popup time is defined in gvars.h.

#define GVAR_DISPLAY_TIME 100 /1 second/;

I set it to 0.6 seconds and found it very comfortable.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I think it would be very convenient to be able to change the popup time in the radio setup.
