edgetx feat(el18): enable support for internal CRSF (ELRS/mLRS/etc)

The internal module of EL18 is capable to be flashed into ELRS, the change in this PR is to enable the choice of internal CRSF option in Radio Settings.

Flysky will provide a tool to flash any binaries that conform to Flysky tx module standard to all Flysky TX modules. Actually, mLRS can use this to do the flashing.

More likely 2.10.3. It still needs Companion side-support else will most likely be changed every time you use Companion (as well as not be selectable as an option in Companion). At the moment, anyone that wants to try this can use this branch, or self-build with this change.
