chore: update to Lvgl 8.4

Requires PR 3 from the EdgeTx Lvgl fork.

What, LVGL 8.4? Not any time soon - and would be more likely to jump to 9 anyway if/when we do. If you mean EL18, PL18 and other radios, they are already supported, and have been for a while now.

Updated to the latest version of LVGL 8.4.

Good news - it's now as fast or slightly faster than 8.2 on the model and radio setup pages. Also to me it looks like the main view left/right scrolling is smoother.

Can you rebase this and I'll check it out next (I'm done for tonight) - just merged EdgeTX/lvgl#3 so submodule probably needs to be moved along also.
