Ignore Low Voltage when acting as a Joystick

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When I plug the transmitter in to act as a joystick it will function perfectly as a joystick, however it will throw Low Voltage warnings every few seconds which is quite distracting.

The Voltage level is quite low (the cable to the PC is quite long), so I think the warnings are correct, however the transmitter functions fine if I go through and switch them off - which results in another issue, but I'll report that separately!

Describe the solution you'd like

If the handset is running in Joystick mode then Low Voltage warnings should be ignored (or not issued)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Switching the notifications off every time I restart the handset - which is not great since I'll likely want to switch them back on again when I eventually graduate away from the sim.

What radio do you use ?

Those radio cannot run properly out of USB, they need the transmitter batteries (and obviously in there charging range)
