Lua documentation has not been updated for new functionality

For that lazy @pfeerick to stop playing Liftoff and update the Lua docs with reference to the new Lua goodness of https://github.com/EdgeTX/edgetx/pull/2279

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Ignoring the problem
2. Passing the problem onto one of the other Lua doc editors
