Show only relevant options for MPM in Companion

The Failsafe Mode and Failsafe Settings do not appear in the Model Settings screen on my radio for Internal mm RF module set to the DSM protocol. They are displayed in the Companion Model Setup screens for these models read from the radio. The radio does display these items in the model setup screens for my FrSky protocol models. I only have DSM and FrSky receivers.

Not all MPM protocols have/support for:

• failsafe setting
• telemetry
• channel mapping (or disabling thereof)
• bind on channel

but they are almost always shown. Plus there are other protocol specific settings not shown. This is were we need to sync with MPM protocol list somehow and show the relevant options. I know this isn't "simple" but I think it should be something worked towards.
