Messages-Menu is off screen

While Steam is maximized, if you click on the icon for messages, the menu is off-screen.

Unfortunately I can't control where the pop-up menu appears, and Valve never bothered to have it reposition itself if it's outside the window (it does reposition up and down for some reason though). The sidebar should be correctly sized to fit it in English, and the whole button is moved with the Collapsed Sidebar so this shouldn't be a problem there.

I can't really fix this unless either Valve lets me modify it or the whole button moves somewhere else.

Technically speaking this is fixed in v0.8, but only because I moved the button. It's still a problem in some customization options.
