Steam wallet font is too small and doesn't stand out (0.8)

(Sorry, I get these "rushes" of issues every now and then)

The Steam Wallet number is very important for any user, it should be strongly featured on the skin. Currently it's only displayed in a very tiny number in a corner of the skin.

If there's any way to display it on the Title bar to the left of the Big Picture Mode icon, I'd put it there.
