addresses #364.

This is my implementation of the Gruvbox theme. however, I only implemented the Gruvbox hard variant.

I might need some input to see if the colors are accurate.

This looks pretty nice actually, thank you for the effort! I just have one minor suggestion, personally I would prefer less red (I typically associate reds to errors).
