Position of notification in Android 11

After upgrading my project to android-30 SDK for Android 11 notifications are always displayed at the bottom. Positioning is not working anymore.

See also https://github.com/EddyVerbruggen/Toast-PhoneGap-Plugin/issues/136 It seems Android 11 doesn't support custom toasts.
