Hi Oleanji, nice Website, I like how you did the separation with the headings! 😊 here are a few ideas I have:

• The picture of you at the top of the page is very prominent so that the text gets lost. Maybe either remove the photo and use a more neutral background, or place a smaller picture of you on the right side of the text, leaving some space.
• In the skills section I don't recommend using progress bars. Employers are more interested in the projects you did to have a measure for your experience, so I recommend simply listing the skills without a progress bar.
• In the project section I wouldn't use all Uppercase, as its harder to read than when you have upper and lowercase,
• I would remove the contact section at the end, because the info there is already at the beginning of the website and doesn't contain additional functionality.
