Apart from my profile name I just removed the extra new line which was added on line 2 by mistake. So I don't know what changes are you talking about

according to @aparna2071 you changed one paragraph in a read me file ...so if you wanna change other stuff except adding your name you have to open separate PR, in this PR we only prefer adding your name.
