[FEATURE] Remove warning when message is updated

When someone updates their message to remove problematic words the bot warning should disappear.

We'll need to create another cache system on the bot to track this. We'll need to track the guildId, channelId, and messageId so it will work across multiple servers.

This feature alread added to Eddiebot for Eddiehub discord if you are talking about that. @EmmaDawsonDev.

Maybe we should close the issue.
