[FEATURE] Updating QR code on landing page

Description

We should make the QR code on the landing page update at an interval (or as deemed necessary).

We chould also use this as a subtle way to promote other projects, feature projects or whatever else you could do with a link. If no one works it out you could dress it up to make it more noticable.
