Add .gitignore and optimize some files

1. 增加 .gitignore 文件，避免监控项目中无关文件变动。
2. 将 README.md 中图片的 src 参数改为相对路径，避免在本地开发过程中，因网络限制无法从 github.com 加载图片。
3. 修正 scan.go 中的错误注释，并优化 sendHTTPAndKimi 函数的返回值格式。
4. 移除 main.go 中无实际意义的 config.GetConfig() 代码。
