Description
Why is this valuable (or not)?
Updated broken links and added new books. I also arranged the android and angular sections in alphabetical order.
How do we know it's really free?
I have added literally several new free books. Yes, they are really free.

if you disagree with the way the linter alphabetizes russian, you need to change the linter.
@eshellman My fault, I didn't finish the linter) I'm sorry :) Everything should be ok now.
It looks like you've done a lot of great work here, but it's really hard to review, and there are multiple issues being addressed. I would really appreciate it if you could separate the reordering sections into a separate PRs from the add/delete/change entries. Or, if you annotate each change so reviewers don't have to reverse-engineer.
We like to keep the languages sectioning in sync with the english language sectioning (There was a discussion way back when about separating Angular and AngularJS the way it is done both in RU and EN lists, so maybe review that before reverting. Moving Android as you suggest puts RU in sync with EN, so that's good, but make sure the content is in the same order as the index.
